Meet Demir CroneInTensional Running CoachBased in Southeast Portland OR, Coach Demir (Timur) (he/him) is a
USATF Certified Coach, Certified Massage Therapist (CAMTC #78225), FRC Movement Specialist, Reposturing Bodyworker, and a Chi Arts Association tai chi and chi gong instructor with a Masters in Counseling Psychology. He was a sponsored athlete with Topspeed Running. His running career includes a first place finish at the 2011 US Half Marathon and second place in the 2012 LA Marathon Open Division. Demir was honored to be one of Expertise.com's Top 10 Coaches of 2017. He is currently completing certifications as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
