Healing and Alignment: Designed to provide a detailed self analysis of any and all issues likely to come up in running, InTensional Running guides the reader to discover new levels of mobility, alignment, and posture. Running Technique and Form: The book then goes on to lay out groundbreaking techniques based on the principles of biotensegrity, new understandings of the myofascial system, and the principles of Tai Chi and Chi Gong. Peak Performance and Running Psychology: Drawing on understandings of psychology and Chi Gong, we will lay out how to use running not only to improve performance through a variety of highly impactful techniques, but show the way to continual personal growth.
